About
Built from inside a working chamber.
ChikitsaLink did not start from a market study. It started from the problems a Bangladeshi private practice has this week: appointments over phone calls, histories on paper, prescriptions nobody can read, and fees that are hard to collect from a distance.
What we hold to
Built here, not translated here
Taka, Dhaka time, bKash, WhatsApp, and the medicine names your pharmacy actually stocks. These are not a layer added on top — the product is shaped around them.
The phone people own is the target
Most of your patients are on an ordinary Android, not a new one. That sets our standard, not the other way around.
We say what it does not do
Every page here lists its limits. It costs us some sign-ups and saves everyone the awkward conversation three weeks later.
Careful with patients’ information
This is medical data. The protections that matter are built into the foundation, not added as a setting.
Why there is no signup button
On most software, anyone can open an account. Here, a person builds your practice with you first.
Partly because this is patient data and we would like to know who is holding it. Mostly because a chamber’s hours, slot length, fee and payout account are worth getting right at the start — rather than finding out three weeks later that bookings have been landing on a day you do not sit. It makes us slower than a signup form. It also means somebody answers when you write.
Talk to us
