For patients
Book your doctor in about a minute.
No phone calls, no waiting to find out if the time is free, and no losing the prescription. Everything arrives on WhatsApp and stays in your account.
What booking actually looks like
The whole journey, from the doctor’s link to a confirmed appointment. Scroll, or tap through it.
What you get
Start without an account
Open your doctor’s link and begin. You only sign in at the last step, to send the request.
Only real times
You are shown the times your doctor is actually free. No calling back to check.
Tell your history once
Your complaints, past illnesses and allergies are saved. The next time you book, they are already there.
Everything on WhatsApp
Confirmation, a reminder before your appointment, and your prescription as a file you can keep or show at the pharmacy.
Your reports in one place
Upload old reports so your doctor sees them beforehand, and open them again later — even when your data is not working.
See the doctor from home
Where your doctor offers it, join the consultation from your phone instead of travelling.
Things patients ask
- Do I need an account before I start?
- No. Open your doctor’s link and start booking. You sign in with Google at the last step, to send the request.
- Is my appointment confirmed straight away?
- No. Your doctor sees the request and accepts it. If they collect the fee online, it is confirmed once you have paid. You are told at every step.
- Can I cancel or change the time?
- Yes, with enough notice — usually twelve hours to cancel and a day to move it. Your doctor decides this.
- What if I do not have a smartphone?
- ChikitsaLink opens in any browser, on a computer too. For a video consultation you need a camera and a microphone.
- Who can see my medical information?
- Your doctor’s chamber. Your reports are kept as private files — they are never on a public link that anyone could open.
- Can I book for someone in my family?
- Not from your own account — each patient has their own. They will need to book with their own Google account.
Is your doctor on ChikitsaLink?
You book through your own doctor’s link, so there is no directory to search here. If they do not use ChikitsaLink yet, they are welcome to ask us about it.
