Staff accounts by email. How many you can have depends on your plan, and the limit is real.

Another clinic on ChikitsaLink cannot see your patient list. That is built into where the data sits, not into the app on top of it.
One link, or one each
Patients can choose a doctor when they book, or arrive on a link that already names one.
Who did what
A cancellation always carries a name and a reason. Nothing at the desk is anonymous.

Owner, doctor and assistant each reach different things, and it is checked every single time — not once at login.

The desk changes, the rules do not
Staff come and go. What a staff account can reach does not depend on remembering to lock something down.
What this does not do
Written down so you find out here, not three weeks in.
- Departments, a separate reception dashboard and clinic-wide reporting are on the way and are not available yet.
- More than one doctor needs the Clinic plan. Starter, Professional and Ultimate each cover one.
- There is no automatic split of revenue between doctors. The balance belongs to the clinic.
- A clinic does not get its own admin console — we operate that side.
- Your own domain for the booking page is not available yet.
