Video consultation

See the patient who cannot travel.

A consultation that lives inside the appointment — no link to send, nobody else able to walk in, and their file open beside you.

How it works

  1. 1

There is no link to send

The consultation belongs to the appointment you both already have. Nothing to copy, paste, or accidentally forward to the wrong person.

  2. 2

Both phones ring at the time

Not a notification to scroll past — it arrives like a call, with join and snooze.

  3. 3

Only the two of you can get in

The room opens for that patient and their own doctor, and only at the appointment time. Anyone else is simply told there is nothing there.

  4. 4

Their file stays beside the call

History, allergies and old reports are open while you talk. You are not consulting from memory.

  5. 5

    Show, and be shown

Turn the camera around so a patient can show you a rash or a swelling. Share a report on screen. Anything they send lands in their file, not a chat that disappears.

  6. 6

It ends on time, by itself

Fifteen minutes, and the consultation closes. Nobody has to be the one who says it is over.

What you get

It works on ordinary phones

A quality badge shows how the call is holding up, and what you are showing stays sharper than the faces when the line is weak.

The call follows you

Open the patient’s file or step out of the app and the video keeps going in a small window.

Your screen stays awake

The phone will not go dark in the middle of a consultation.

Quieter, and clearer

Background noise is filtered and your background can be blurred — useful in a busy chamber.

Notes without typing

What is said can be written down as you talk, in Bangla, and kept with the appointment. A summary can be produced afterwards.

One filing cabinet, not two

A report shared during a call goes exactly where every other report goes. There is no second place to look.

What this does not do

Written down so you find out here, not three weeks in.

  • A consultation lasts fifteen minutes. This is fixed, even if your slots are longer.
  • You cannot join early — the room opens exactly at the appointment time.
  • Calls are not recorded. Only the written notes are kept.
  • One patient and one doctor. There are no group consultations.
  • The written notes are Bangla only, and work in Chrome and similar browsers.
  • There is no messaging between doctor and patient outside a live consultation.
