Appointments
One link, and your calendar fills itself.
Patients book from an address of your own, choosing only from times you really sit — and nothing enters your day until you say yes.
How it works
- 1
You set your hours once
Which days you sit, from when to when, how long you give each patient, and how far ahead people may book. Block a date when you are away; open one specially when you are not.
- 2
Share your link anywhere
Print it on your pad, put it on your Facebook page, set it as your WhatsApp status. Patients start booking without an account.
- 3
They see what is genuinely free
Taken times are already crossed off, and so are times too close to now. Nobody books a slot that was never available.
- 4
Their number is confirmed
A short WhatsApp code before the request exists, so the number you will be calling actually works.
- 5
The request reaches you, with the patient in it
Not just a name and a time — their complaint, history, allergies and any old reports are already attached when you open it.
- 6
You decide, and they are told
Accept, move it, or decline — from the app or straight from the email. The patient hears back immediately either way.
What you get
Two patients, never one slot
Double-booking is not made unlikely here — it is made impossible. However two people try, the second one cannot take a time that is gone.
Your day closes itself out
A patient who never turned up is marked missed. One who came is completed. You are not left tidying up yesterday.
Answer from your inbox
Appointment emails carry accept and decline buttons that work without opening the app at all.
Reminders you never send
A reminder shortly before, a ring at the appointment time, and a summary of tomorrow — all on their own.
Your front desk can run it
An assistant can book, move and cancel for you — and genuinely cannot open patient records, prescriptions or your wallet.
Every change is on the record
Who moved an appointment, who cancelled it and why — written down, so a disagreement is a question of fact.
What this does not do
Written down so you find out here, not three weeks in.
- Everything runs on Dhaka time. Other timezones are not supported.
- One daily window per chamber, with slots of one length — not a morning and an evening session of different lengths.
- There is no sync with Google Calendar or any outside calendar.
- Follow-ups are not booked automatically. You note the interval on the prescription and the patient books as usual.
- Each patient books for themselves. There are no family accounts.
